I consent that PDPC and its appointed agents or service providers to collect, use and disclose my personal data, provided as part of the application, for purposes relating to the “Practitioner Certificate in Personal Data Protection (Singapore) 2020” examination that they are administering, such as but not limited to the following:

• Registration processing for examination;
• Verification purposes on the day of examination;
• Sending of results and e-certificate to you via email; and
• Customer support such as examination confirmation, reminders, postponements, cancellations, verification checks by employers or prospective employers and re-sending of e-certificate.

I understand that the examination is confidential and the content is protected by the Intellectual Property Law. I agree that I shall not disclose, publish, reproduce or transmit the content of this examination, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, verbal or written, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose.
